This Account Deletion Requirement Policy outlines the procedure for users of the xDock app who wish to permanently delete their accounts, along with associated user data. This policy explains the specific data elements that will be deleted, the retention of certain data for security and fraud prevention purposes, and the process for initiating account deletion.

Data to be Deleted

Upon the successful completion of the account deletion process, the following user data associated with the xDock account will be permanently deleted:

  • Email address;
  • Phone Number;

Additionally, the user’s name will remain visible in message history with a clear indication that the user’s account has been deleted. This retained data serves as a security measure to prevent unauthorized activities and fraudulent actions.

Account Deletion Process

Users can request account deletion through two methods:

a) xDock App:

Users can initiate the account deletion process directly within the xDock app by following these steps:

  • Navigate to Profile
  • Tap on Delete Profile
  • Read and acknowledge the information provided
  • Tap the “Delete Account” button
b) xDock Official Site:

Users can also request account deletion through the official xDock website by following these steps:

  • Log in to the xDock account on the official site
  • Navigate to Profile
  • Select “Delete Profile”
  • Read and acknowledge the information provided
  • Click the “Delete Account” button
c) Account Deletion Policy page:

Users can also initiate the account deletion process directly within the current Account Deletion Policy page by following these steps:

  • Read and acknowledge the information provided
  • Check the box indicating that the user has fully read the above information and wants to delete the account
  • Click the “Delete Account” button

Irreversible Data Loss

Users must be aware that account deletion is irreversible and will lead to the complete and irrevocable loss of the email address, phone number, and other associated data. Once the account deletion process is completed, it will not be possible to recover any of the deleted data.

Acknowledgment

Before initiating the account deletion process, users are required to acknowledge their understanding and agreement by checking the provided checkbox. This checkbox affirms that the user has fully read and comprehended the information outlined in this policy.
